本項(xiang)目(mu)主要(yao)講解數控(kong)電(dian)(dian)火(huo)花(hua)(hua)慢(man)走絲線(xian)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)機床(chuang)操(cao)作面板上(shang)各個按鍵(jian)的(de)(de)功用(yong),使學生掌(zhang)握數控(kong)電(dian)(dian)火(huo)花(hua)(hua)慢(man)走絲線(xian)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)機床(chuang)的(de)(de)調(diao)整(zheng)及(ji)加工前的(de)(de)準備工作以(yi)及(ji)程序(xu)輸(shu)入(ru)及(ji)修改方(fang)法。最(zui)后以(yi)一個具體(ti)零件(jian)(jian)為例,講解了(le)數控(kong)電(dian)(dian)火(huo)花(hua)(hua)慢(man)走絲線(xian)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)機床(chuang)加工零件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)基本操(cao)作過程,使學生對數控(kong)電(dian)(dian)火(huo)花(hua)(hua)慢(man)走絲線(xian)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)機床(chuang)的(de)(de)操(cao)作有一個清楚(chu)的(de)(de)認識。
項目一
機床操(cao)(cao)作面板(ban)及(ji)其(qi)功(gong)能應用 數控(kong)電火花慢走絲線切(qie)割(ge)機床的操(cao)(cao)作面板(ban)也(ye)包(bao)括控(kong)制面板(ban)和(he)手控(kong)盒面板(ban),與快(kuai)走絲線切(qie)割(ge)機床大同小異。但因電極絲單向(xiang)運行,無儲絲筒,不再設儲絲筒操(cao)(cao)作面板(ban)。
項目二
開機 開機步(bu)驟(zou)如下(xia): 1、合(he)上總電源(yuan)開關。 2、按下(xia)控(kong)制面板上的按鈕,啟(qi)動數控(kong)系統及機床。
項目三
電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)安(an)裝 參(can)見 圖 1 所示(shi)穿(chuan)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)路(lu)線,牽(qian)引 供絲(si)(si)(si)(si)繞線軸上(shang)成(cheng)卷(juan)(juan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)的絲(si)(si)(si)(si)頭依次(ci)穿(chuan)過(guo)壓緊卷(juan)(juan)筒、滾筒、導輪(lun)、恒張力(li)控(kong)制(zhi)輪(lun)、上(shang)部(bu)(bu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)導向(xiang)(xiang)器、工(gong)件(jian)、下(xia)部(bu)(bu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)導向(xiang)(xiang)器至拉絲(si)(si)(si)(si)卷(juan)(juan)筒。在一定范圍(wei)內調(diao)節好伺服電(dian)(dian)(dian)機恒張力(li)控(kong)制(zhi)裝置,使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)保持(chi)一定的張力(li),穩定地(di)運行。 慢走(zou)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)電(dian)(dian)(dian)火花線切割(ge)加工(gong)時可以采(cai)用距(ju)離(li)密(mi)著(zhu)加工(gong),即使(shi)上(shang)部(bu)(bu)導向(xiang)(xiang)器與(yu)工(gong)件(jian)的距(ju)離(li)盡量靠近(約(yue) 0.05 ~ 0.10mm ),避(bi)免因(yin)距(ju)離(li)較遠而使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)振幅過(guo)大影(ying)響工(gong)件(jian)加工(gong)質量。 電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)安(an)裝完畢后,需校正(zheng)其垂直度(du),校正(zheng)方法與(yu)快(kuai)走(zou)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)電(dian)(dian)(dian)火花線切割(ge)加工(gong)相同。
項目四
工(gong)件(jian)(jian)安裝 在(zai)快走絲線切(qie)割(ge)機(ji)床(chuang)上(shang)(shang)采(cai)用(yong)的橋式夾(jia)具(ju)、電極絲垂直度檢(jian)具(ju)、回(hui)轉工(gong)作臺(tai)、數控轉臺(tai)等機(ji)床(chuang)附件(jian)(jian)、工(gong)具(ju),同(tong)樣可以(yi)在(zai)慢走絲線切(qie)割(ge)機(ji)床(chuang)上(shang)(shang)應用(yong)。 近年推出的線切(qie)割(ge)基準裝夾(jia)系統(tong)采(cai)用(yong)了通用(yong)的裝夾(jia)夾(jia)具(ju)和找(zhao)正工(gong)具(ju),只(zhi)需極簡單的操作,就可快速準確地完成工(gong)件(jian)(jian)的找(zhao)正和裝夾(jia),廣泛用(yong)于慢走絲線切(qie)割(ge)機(ji)床(chuang)上(shang)(shang),
項目五
程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)輸(shu)入 按機床(chuang)操作說明書(shu)的(de)要求(qiu),通過在不同操作模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)間(jian)的(de)切(qie)換,用鍵(jian)盤(pan)輸(shu)入加(jia)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)或直(zhi)接調用已有程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)并裝入內存,完成(cheng)生成(cheng)工(gong)件切(qie)割的(de)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)操作。執行(xing)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)前,先將程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)模(mo)(mo)擬運行(xing)一遍,以(yi)檢(jian)驗程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)的(de)運行(xing)狀況(kuang),以(yi)免實際(ji)加(jia)工(gong)后造(zao)成(cheng)不良的(de)后果。然后按 ENT 鍵(jian)即(ji)可執行(xing)所(suo)輸(shu)入的(de)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu),加(jia)工(gong)零件。
項目六
程序運行(xing) 慢走絲線切割時(shi)應采(cai)用少量、多次切割方式。緣于減(jian)少線切割加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件材料的變形可以(yi)有效(xiao)提高工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件 加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)精度及(ji)改善表面質量,因(yin)而在粗加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)或半精加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)可留(liu)一(yi)定余量,以(yi)補償材料因(yin)原(yuan)應力平衡(heng)狀態被破(po)壞所產生(sheng)的變形和(he)最后(hou)(hou)一(yi)次精加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)所需的加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)余量,當最后(hou)(hou)精加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)即可獲得較為(wei)滿意(yi)的加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)效(xiao)果(guo)。
項目七
零件檢(jian)測 加(jia)工(gong)結束,卸下零件,檢(jian)測有關(guan)加(jia)工(gong)參(can)數。
項目八 關機
關(guan)(guan)機步驟如下(xia)(xia)(xia): 1、將(jiang)工作臺(tai)移至各(ge)軸中(zhong)間位置; 2、按下(xia)(xia)(xia)紅色急停按鈕(niu); 3、扳下(xia)(xia)(xia)電(dian)源(yuan)主開(kai)關(guan)(guan),關(guan)(guan)閉電(dian)源(yuan); 4、斷開(kai)外(wai)接線路。
